Four Precautions for Using Medical Sealing Machines
Medical sealing machines are mainly used for sterilization of medical equipment in hospital sterilization supply rooms, operating rooms, and other sealing equipment departments. They can be used for continuous sealing and parameter printing of paper-plastic bags and Tyvek paper bags . The sealing quality of a medical sealing machine is related to many factors. If there are problems with the sealing quality, the cause needs to be identified and eliminated promptly. Below are four precautions for use:
1. Before daily use, check the accuracy of the parameters and the integrity of the shutdown of the medical hot air blower.
2. If the sealing line of the medical sealing machine is short, there is intermittent sealing, cracks or gaps, delamination and separation of the sealing material, melting of the sealing material, or failure of the plastic packaging, shut it down immediately and find the cause.
3. There may be grooves on the rollers of the medical hot air blower or the sealing machine rollers may be clogged with foreign objects. Ensure that the temperature of the sealing machine is not too low.
4. The width and strength of the sealing pattern when using a medical sealing machine should be at least the same as the width and strength of the plastic packaging material used.
